“I chose the CDO Fellowship because of the unique rotation structure and leadership opportunities that the program provides. I am particularly excited to learn from the support and mentorship of my Executive preceptor.”

What aspect of the program are you most excited about?

“As most of my healthcare experience has been in the ambulatory space, I am very eager for the new challenge of learning about the hospital side of the organization through my rotation at San Diego Medical Center. I also look torward to engaging and networking with my co-tellows within the Fellowship Community of Practice!”

What aspect of the program are you most excited about?

“What I’m most excited about with the CDO fellowship program is the opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals and collaborate with staff and physicians who play a pivotal role in shaping the patient care journey. I hope to make meaningful contributions to improving both the efficiency and quality of patient care which will lead to enhancing the overall patient experience.”

Program Director, Care Delivery Operations Fellowship

Ploy Srisung serves as Chief of Staff and Senior Director for Care Delivery at Kaiser Permanente, where she provides strategic leadership and drives enterprise-level initiatives to improve patient access, experience, and outcomes across all KP markets. Over her 14-year tenure, Ploy has supported the launch of nationwide programs-including a Medicare strategy and the KP Mental Health Scholars Academy—in close partnership with cross-tunctional teams. She brings deep expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

As Program Director of the Care Delivery Operations Fellowship, she is committed to mentoring early-career protessionals and building a strong pipeline of future healthcare leaders.

Sarah Lewis

Chief of Staff, Chief Consumer and Patient Experience Officer
Program Director, Care Delivery Operations Fellowship

Sarah Lewis serves as Chief of Staff to the Chief Consumer and Patient Experience Officer, serving as a strategic partner to deliver high-quality, affordable, and equitable health care through seamless, consumer-centered experience. In her six years at Kaiser Permanente, she has led strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives in HR and National Quality such as the design and implementation of a cross-market People Strategy and national employee and manager employee complaint experience strategy. Prior to KP, Sarah worked as a healthcare consultant for an interdisciplinary consultant firm, with clients across the healthcare industry.

Sarah began her own professional career with a Fellowship (the Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs in St. Louis, Missouri) and is passionate about supporting early-career professionals in designing their ideal long-term careers in health care!

Reeza Leyva

Administrative Support, HR Consulting, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and Hospitals
Program Coordinator, Care Delivery Operations Fellowship

Reeza Leyva provides administrative support to National HR Consulting and serves as the Program Coordinator for the National Care Delivery Operations Fellowship Program. With eight years of experience at Kaiser Permanente, she has contributed to multiple departments, including Quality and Clinical Analysis, Human Resources, and Pharmacy, where she played a key role in coordinating the PGYl Pharmacy Residency program. She is excited to be part of the launch of this new program and to see the progress of the program and its Fellows.
